By Sydney Isenberg COLLEGE STATION, TX — The family of a resident at a College Station assisted living facility has filed a wrongful death lawsuit claiming the facility neglected the resident after becoming inundated with COVID-19 issues. The lawsuit claims Joe R. Boothe was left alone without proper care, causing him to suffer from infection, dehydration and malnutrition after the Waterford at College Station was inundated with coronavirus issues.
